Overturning sling

The machine is installed on the embryoid body transporting system. The slings lifting and flipping power are supported by hydraulic station. The sling rotates the embryoid body together with the molds and side plate in the air for 90 degrees. Place the molds on the cutting platform or the car to carry out de-molding. Then the embryoid body can be cut. After the embryoid body is cut, rotate 90 degrees of the mold and side plate back in place to the mold orbits by the hydraulic mechanism to complete a cutting cycle.Components: The sling consists of hydraulic mechanism, flipping mechanism, boom guiding device, clamping arm device, pulley assembly, caught hanging device and controller system. The spreader can be divided into movable and integral types. The medial plate is welded with 8mm thick steel plate to increase its steel and prevent deformation, and also extend the service life.
