Scrap steel straightening machine also called broken wire machine, straightening machine, straightening and cutting machine, is one of the steel processing machinery, used for straightening and cutting 14 mm diameter reinforcement. And the cutting length can be customized according to the customer’s requirement. It can straighten and cut stainless steel wire, aluminum wire, cold drawing wire, galvanized wire, iron wire, steel wire, steel bar, plastic coated leather wire etc.with neat cut, small mistake, high quality.

    Construction: Wire straightening machine is composed of  the straight, the line organization, the cutting mechanism, reinforced fixed-length frames, racks and drive devices.

This machine can be wildly used in metallurgic production, crafts, daily products, such as: bicycle basket, sapim, cage, refrigerator shelf, electric fan cover other kinds of metal wire straightening and cutting. The max. Straightening diameter is 4 mm, and the diameter can be customized larger if needed.

    Working principle: the motor can increase speed by the belt, making the straight rotate in a high speed, the steel passing through the straight is straightened, and the rust on the surface is cleaned by the straightening mold. Through another pair of deceleration belt drive and gear reducer, the motor, on one hand, drives two transmission roller, drawing the steel bar to move forward, on the other hand, drives the crank, moving the hammer ups and downs. When the steel is straightened to the predetermined length, hammer hammering on the knife, cutting off the steel bar, the amputating steel falling into the rack, due to the spring, knife sets and returns to its original position to a complete a cycle.
