The side plate can bear the blank which shall be cut by the cutting machinery, and fed into the autoclave to be hardened together with the hardening car.

5. Others: The periodic characteristics of the aerated concrete production require its continuous operation. Any aerated concrete equipment failure could lead to the production of suddenly interrupt and production scrap, and then bring tremendous effects for the production. Therefore, not only the above equipments should be maintenance, but also other aerated concrete equipment, such as ball mill, slurry pump, gas supply station, steam facilities, sensors, so as to improve the efficiency of the plant operation.
