Autoclave

The autoclave, also known as steam curing autoclave, is a large pressure vessel of heavy weight and huge volume. The autoclave is widely used in the autoclave curing of aerated concrete blocks, concrete pipe pile, sand-lime brick, ash bricks, porous calcium silicate board, insulation asbestos board, high-strength gypsum and other building materials. Moreover, it is also widely applied in rubber products, wood drying and preservative treatment, heavy metal smelting, the firebrick invasion of oil seepage coal, composite glass steam curing, high-pressure treatment of chemical fiber products, high temperature and pressure treatment of canned food processing, pulp digester, cable vulcanization, fish net stereotype as well as the production projects of chemical, pharmaceutical, aerospace and other industries that need pressure steam curing process.

Features of autoclave:
1. Autoclave Drawing take the Supervisory Regulations on Safety Technology for Pressure Vessel GB 150 as the standard, designed by the fourth Ministry of Machinery Design Institute.

2. Selecting Anyang iron &steel 16MnR vessel special plate, edge planed around to break the mouth, adopting CPFFCC welding preparation craft and Shanghai People automatically buried arc welding equipment, pressure elements 100% X-ray film testing to ensure that the welding craft.

3. Kettle circle, kettle door using of 16Mn level 2 drop forging pieces, annealing, heat treatment, autoclave door have been insulated before leave the factory.

4. Reducer adopt turbine and worm, it is different from other manufacturers' CYCLO (cycloid reducer), triple safety protection electronic interlock device the manual interlock device (manual screw) hand reducer.

5. ¢ 2 x 21 m kettle, can accommodate 20, 000 standard brick, 28.8 m³ Aerated block; ¢ 2 × 31 m kettle, can accommodate 30, 000 standard bricks, 39m³ Aerated block;

6.21 m kettle: The weight of 14mm differ by 2 tons from the weight of 16mm; 31 m kettle: The weight of 14mm differ by 3 tons from the weight of 16mm;

7. The safety valve DN80 differ from other manufacturers' ports DN50; baseplate (20mm) differ from other manufacturers' 18mm; Anchor bolts (24mm feet, over silk with cap) differ from other manufacturers' 18mm rebar.
