Dissolution bin plays a very important role in manufacturing various steam-cured brick products; its operation has a direct relation with the normal and continuous dissolution of the mixture, the quality, output and rate of finished products.The equipment has a large capacity; it adopts upper-lower path continuous dissolution and fully automatic mechanic power gear scraper discharge which overcomes defects of vibration mode discharge and disk discharge that are widely used in China. We have designed special device to
realize low temperature dissolution so that factories in Northern China can finish normal dissolution within 2.5-3 hours at -20. This equipment is the ideal associated equipment for steam-cured fly ash brick and sand lime brick factories.
