Double Shaft Blender/Mixer

  Double shaft blender is corollary equipment for autoclaved brick production line. It is necessary raw material preparation equipment, which has the function such as mixing, blending and homogenizing.

2  Way to work:Add water when mixing to make the material more even.

4  Dual axle mixer is consist of the enclosure, screw shaft assembly, drive device, piping, apron, chain etc.

5  The enclosure,the support of  mixer, is whole steel welding and assembed together with other parts. It is good sealed to avoid  splashing and leaking of fly ash .

6  Screw shaft assembly is the main component of six-fatigue mixer. It's consist of a spin around to screw axis, housing, bearing sleeve, bearings, gears, wheel, cover oil cup, leaf and spare parts.

7  It requires high manufacturing precision and good craft.
