This kind roller press is specially designed for grinding clinker and raw meal.
Product Features:
The roller press produced by our company is a new type of energy conservation cement grinding equipment developed internationally in the middle of 80s, with functions of substituting high energy consumption and low efficiency ball mill pre-grinding system, reducing steel consumption and noise. It is applicable for construction of new plant and modification of old plant. It will raise the ball mill system capacity by 50-100%, save electricity by 30%-40% and reduce cement consumption of power by 20%-30%. The fine material of 0.08mm accounts for 30-35% of total extruded material, less than 20mm accounts for 65-80%, and the inner structure of extruded small particle will result in lots of fine cracks which greatly improve the grind ability.
